4. A conviction for an offence referred to in Divisions II and III of Schedule 1 may, in accordance with section 21.2.1 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (chapter C-65.1), be disregarded by the Minister of Revenue in the computation of the number of offences required for the purposes of sections 2 and 3.
